Thank you for your purchase. We hope you enjoy your digital learning experience with Mind Your Horse. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within the guidelines below.
REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All refund requests for digital products must be made within thirty one (31) days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@mindyourhorse.com with the following information:
Your name
Email address used at checkout
Order number or receipt
The product you wish to refund
Our team will review your request and follow up as soon as possible.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refund:
Purchases made outside the 31-day refund window
Subscription, membership, or payment plan renewals that were not cancelled prior to the renewal date
PROCESSING REFUNDS
Once your refund is approved, please allow at least seven (7) days for us to process the refund. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
EXCEPTIONS
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your digital product, please contact us immediately at support@mindyourhorse.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
